Continuing the tradition from Froth-Bite days, we’re releasing yet another Lupin TV special.  This is the latest one, airing during the summer of 2008.  It comes with all the cliche goodies of recent Lupin series – hot babe, cool action, silly comic relief, relaxing music, and the list goes on and on…

Fujiko sends Lupin on a wild goose chase like always, and in the end he betrays her? And worst of all, he can’t seem to remember why? Oh no, our favorite thief is suffering from amnesia (or is it Alzheimer’s?) Maybe Lupin is losing his touch.

A must-see for Lupin fans!

An additional note on Lupin series: as some of you may have heard, there is another TV special coming this late March—Lupin vs Conan. I’m planning to work on this series as well as soon as the footage is available, with possible re-release when DVD is available later.

And the ride continues ^^
In last episode’s final few minutes you surely noticed Rin’s talent to handle the Rideback she kind of accidentally sits on. Now in this episode she is asked to ride it again; but of course she has to perform the stuff the ‘new guy’ usually has to do – including a little ‘learning the hard way’ episode. But then – she’s a natural. And when she jumps with her RideBack just like she would be on the stage dancing ballet, she looks like this:

Before they started releasing the series, the production staff released couple pages of comic strips. In one of them, they talked about a bit about up and coming episodes.  Episode 1 – something to do with rain.  Episode 2 – something to do with ear pierce. Episode 5 – something to do with a tail. That was 8 months ago. They already had the plot all decided by that time, at least up to episode 5. Then what did they do? They started releasing episodes at unbearably slow pace. Yes, it was a really long wait since then and now.

We finally get to see what that tail is all about. And yes, it’s very cuuuuute!

Whoa! There’s a match already?! It’s not a boxer from the Kamogawa family—those matches will not come for a while yet. The OPBF title match is in full swing, and Miyata dazzles the crowd with the skills he acquired during his training matches. Not only that, the champion is a very skilled boxer himself, and makes it clear that Miyata will have to battle to get the belt off of him.

What’s with this Bloody Cross thing anyway? It surprises the heck out of the audience—most have no idea what happened. Only a few actually saw what happened, and this left Miyata quite confused. That’s enough for now, just go see it already.

This is starting off oh-so-quickly… is this new series going to be an action-packed knockout?! (Bad pun, I know… I couldn’t resist!) I’m on the edge of my seat!!

Actually this is my first project in the newly formed Frostii group.  So welcome to me and, of course, welcome to you ^_^

The story takes place in the near future with a totalitarian government of a superstate ruling the world. Rin is a former ballet dancer who quit her ballet career because of an accident on stage. She tries to start a new life by joining the University with her friend Shouko. On her first day she stumbles into a garage where she sees a strange motorcycle…

If you think this sounds weird, wait until the story really unfolds in episode 02. So if you like robot motorcycles and a strong female lead who can actually dance with such a bike – this is for you. I liked it from the start! ^_^

Ippo is back!

After his successful defence of the title he continues his training. Miyata has returned to Japan after a long absence training in the OBPF region, and has challenged the current OBPF title holder to a match. Everyone’s getting psyched up about the match and are eager to watch Miyata battle for the title.

Christmas has come and gone for us, but it hasn’t in the Nodame land yet.  So here we go—Joyeux Noël.  Of course, no such occasion comes and goes without troubles when Nodame is involved.
