It All Ends.

After months of speculation and waiting, the end has finally come. The final chapter of our hero’s tale is before us! What will you do?

Normally we’d have a season batch here, along with some credits, however, I don’t have either of those things right now, and I don’t want to delay the release any longer waiting for them. Check back next week, or look to bakabt for a batch. And perhaps if the English K-On! concert at Otakon doesn’t kill me I’ll get to work on that live we said we’d sub ages ago. Perhaps.

If they attempted to sub the movie they’d still be working on it several years later.

Doing the movie is not out of the question though. It all depends on how the translator is feeling by the time it comes out.

This is the extra episode that was included on the blu-ray.
are you guys planning to do BDs?
No. Unlike the first season, this season aired in rather high quality HD, so there is no real reason to go back and do the BDs. Other groups have gone through and used our subs on BD rips, however, so you can still get what you want (minus the sexy, sexy karaoke).

I suppose then that the TBS logos (not much of a problem), sponsorships cards (annoying but passable), and completely unrelated and very long scrolling TV messages don’t bother you. (WHAT!?)
A quick example of this can be watched on the very first episode, in a scrolling message lasting from 5:10 to 5:33.
That’s over 20 seconds!!!
Frostii subs are easily the best for this show, heck, they’re top tier in any show (For me, Frostii’s typesetting as become legend), but the video for K-ON!! is in dire need of a quality reevaluation.
The quality of the video itself is very high, i agree, but there’s too much shit floating around in the screen at times to make it acceptable.

I have no intention of passing for a naysayer troll, i merely which to see K-On!! given the same Frostii quality seal as the first season.

The other group BD releases does not have some text on picture translated as well. So I’m keep both sets, Frostii original and BDs (and the actual copies that I’ll buy)
There aren’t going to be any script revisions in the batch, right?
There may be. I can think of a couple of changes that definitely should be made.

They’ll prolly do it once the movie comes out… on Blu-ray. So we’re looking at around (late) 2012.
