Charady’s Daily Joke 29-39

Wham bam! Here’s some more Charady for all you lovely people after a bit of a delay (blame episode 29 with its ridiculous panning). This time round, we have a farmer whose veg keeps going missing, two wine connoisseurs having an epic battle, a woman with a broken zipper, two liberal couples on holiday, a wayward golf shot, a man who makes a fortune from apple selling, and an invention that will change the way women give birth forever. Enjoy!
We are also presenting a batch torrent for all episodes aired in April, plus March 31st, minus episode 12.
p.s. Unfortunately, we had to re-release some of the episodes. If you were one of the early downloaders of these episodes, 30, 31, 33, 34, and 35 were updated with version 2.

A quick note…. in ep 31, at 1:59, the subtitle is “missing line”…. should that not be “Sorry for the wait” or thereabouts?
Huh… couldn’t you just have made a batch for ep. 29 to 39 ?
3 episodes was ok, but 10 at once xD

Oops. Our cockup on the scripts – it’s seems we didn’t mux in the final scripts onto our releases (a miscommunication between me and the encoder) so unfortunately, some mistakes were left in (the major one being that missing line).
We’re trying to rectify the issue now.
Yeah, I should have just released 2 batch torrents – 11-episode batch and the April batch. I’m going to do that for the version 2 stuff. I may be making fool of myself, if we have to release further updates… but we can’t do anything if we are too afraid of anything!

Hey, just a heads up, but it looks like episode 29 isn’t included in the 29-39 batch (the version 2 one). No big deal, since it’s in the april batch; I just thought I’d let you know.

Just a heads up: 31(v2) and 35(v2) display at 704×480 instead of 853×480. I opened them up in mkvinfo, and they both showed “Display width: 704″. Any other Charady file shows 853.

I’m getting all of the eps, hope you’ll make a batch for it all when it’s finished, how long will this be?
There is a translation error in #34. The “Groper” is speaking Italian, not Spanish. He says “Signorina”, not “Senorita”. The meaning of both is equivalent to “Miss” but the languages are different and if you are going to translate “Signorina” then it should be “Miss” and not “Senorita”. Most Italians will not be happy with the subs as they are on this ep.
With Engrish (or whatever the equivalent would be) being as wishy-washy as it is, I don’t see how anyone could be unhappy at it being one thing over another. Senorita is used more often in a picking-up-ladies-by-speaking-a-different-language-context so that’s why we assumed they were using Spanish as opposed to Italian. It’s possible we were wrong – it’s possible the voice actor just pronounced the word really badly. I personally think it’s a bit of a non-issue.

Sorry if I sound demanding for something you guys are providing for free – but do you plan on subbing episode 12 soon? Also will you be working on the balance episodes as its been 2 months since anything new has been released
